Marilyn Glenville: Fat Around the Middle

Dr Marilyn Glenville PhD is the UK’s leading nutritionist specialising in women’s health.     This is interesting, I found out that Cod Liver Oil can cause this to happen to women around the waist because 2/3 of the Cod Liver Oil gets lodged around that area. The answer is Krill Oil as your body absorbs more and it doesn’t get lodged in your gut like Cod Liver Oil.
